Learn how to DO projects
Projects are integral to engineering work, and thus we argue, that project management is the second most important competence for engineers.
The purpose of this course is to develop engineers as project practitioners, providing them with basic tools and strategies for actively engaging in projects addressing societal challenges. The specific objective is to enable engineers to DO Projects by critically and appropriately applying project management theories and concepts on their own projects.
The course is based on our four perspectives and ProjectCanvas, featuring videos, quizzes, exercises and cases. The course should be embedded in the beginning of the studies e.g. in fagpakke-projects, in order to facilitate reflections on the nature of engineering projects and strategies of managing engineering projects.
